Many of the changes would be achieved by simply improving how our teams are set up and work together, so most of the proposed changes won't incur any additional costs. They would be funded through existing ongoing investment in mental health services.
There are no unfunded workforce commitments in these plans. We have no plans to make staff redundant as part of this programme.
